We offer custom embroidery services for hats, shirts, jackets, bags, and more.

Completion time varies depending on the complexity and size of the design, but we aim to have all projects completed within 1-2 weeks.

We accept .dst, .emb and .pes file formats. .emb is preferred for adding modifications.  With all file formats we will need a picture and colors to make sure perfect stitiching

Yes, Firedawg Apparel can embroider on different parts of a garment.  We work closely with our clients to ensure that their embroidery designs are placed exactly where they want them for a professional and personalized look.

We can take your design and turn into a file for embroidery.  We have an outstanding digitizer to get the right file for your embroidery.  From shirts, hats, and bags we will have the right files.

We do not screen print in house  What we offer is transfers.  This allows us to get your design made up in ink, to full color designs.  We can also do heat transfers.  This is good for small runs of one to two colors in a simple design.  For large quantities we will process using plastisol inks. 

We use a company called Transfer Express for almost all our printing.  One type is an ink transfer.  They do the prints up, just like screen-prints, and have a binder that allows them to ship to us for placing on apparel.  Other types can print logos in full color for us to place on apparel.

We have access to different manufactures that deal with First Responders.  From apparel to tactical we can help you out.  Some items include bags, tactical  & Duty gear,  law enforcement  items, shooting & accesories, and survival & Outdoor..

We will not do any trademark logos without the consent of the company. Copyrights do not let us print without authorization.  If you are a business with a logo, we are happy to print.
